MARK KLEIN, PRESIDENT

Mark Klein has been the President and owner of Pacific Coast Lending since 1992. During that time, he has funded billions of dollars in loans and is in the one percentile of Loan Originators in the United States.
Mark’s expertise as a Certified Public Accountant and his extensive knowledge of real estate combine to make him among the most knowledgeable and highly respected loan consultants in the business. Prior to 1992, Mark spent six years as a practicing Certified Public Accountant, four years with the Coopers and Lybrand “Big Six” accounting firm, and two years with a large local accounting firm that specialized in real estate taxation.
Mark is an expert in financial planning specializing in mortgage consulting. He is a straightforward businessman whose service and knowledge of the lending business is respected and utilized. Mark is recognized as the premier lender and trusted source for home financing. His reputation of “getting the job done” has resulted in consistent client satisfaction. As Managing Director of our Affiliated Business Agreements and Partnership Programs, Mr. Gittelson spearheads the expansion and daily operation of all financial services and alliances of our residential and commercial lending programs. Mr. Gittelson has pioneered the expansion of our Partnership Program, allowing partners to team up with Pacific Coast Lending and PCL Financial Network to provide mortgage banking and broker services to their clients.

With over 200 partnerships, Mr. Gittelson understands the critical need to monitor all compliance activity and oversee Federal and State regulations. Mr. Gittelson has over 20 years of experience in business and development, alliance programs, and operation expansion. He has a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Boston University’s School of Management, and is a Licensed Real Estate broker. Mr. Gittelson is active in the California and National Mortgage Broker Association’s Legislative Committee. |
ARNIE GARFINKEL, INCOME PROPERTY LENDING

Arnie Garfinkel comes to Pacific Coast Lending with over 25 years of Commercial Lending expertise. He heads up our Income Property division.
Prior to his association with Pacific Coast Lending, Arnie was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending for Pacific Thrift and Loan, and was a principle of United Commercial Credit Industries (UCCI). He held the position of Vice President/Sales Manager for nine years, and assisted in the training and development of the marketing staff with Foothill Thrift and Loan.
Arnie serves as a conference chairman for the successful Income Property Lending Conferences in Southern and Northern California twice a year. He is known as the foremost expert in commercial real estate lending, and provides attendees with the ability to understand commercial real estate lending.
Mr. Garfinkel has also been a featured speaker for various organizations, including the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Association of Mortgage Brokers, California Mortgage Bankers Association, Building Industry Association, American Industrial Realtors Association, RIAOC, and Crittenden.
He is the past president of the Tarzana Chapter of Toastmasters International and served as Vice President and member of the Board of Directors for the Southern California chapter of the Florida State University Alumni Association.
Arnie also consults various residential loan brokerage firms and assists them in establishing a commercial lending division.
