your mortgage application after these documents are received. Use this
page as a checklist and bring these documents with you for your initial
meeting. |
EMPLOYMENT - SOURCE OF INCOME
|
- Name and address of
all employers for past 2 years
- Current pay stubs
- W-2s for the last 2
years
- 1040 Tax Returns for
the last 2 years
- Proof of Social
Security, Pension or other income

| SELF EMPLOYED BORROWER |
- Balance Sheet and
Year-to-Date Profit and Loss Statements
- 2 years signed tax
returns with all attachments (individual, corporate and partnership)

| SOURCE FUNDS FOR
CLOSING |
- Name, address and
account number for all checking and savings accounts
- Most recent
bank/brokerage (complete) statements for all accounts
- Gift letter including
name, address and telephone number of donor and relationship to
borrower
- Closing statements on
sale of prior home
- Most recent 401K, IRA
and other retirement account statements

- Provide account
numbers, monthly payments and approximate balances for all debt such
as:
Credit cards, auto loans, unsecured loans, Credit Union loans, Real
Estate loans (copy of payment coupon)
